My approach is informed by incorporating Positive Psychology into the process (focusing on strengths rather than looking at weaknesses) and enhancing wellbeing/school culture.
We know that schools where the leaders look after their own wellbeing, create schools where staff and student wellbeing is also enhanced. This in turn can improve the school climate and academic outcomes. It may be a good time to seek support for either yourself, colleagues, or larger groups as part of your, or their, professional development.
As a Leadership Coach I work with individuals online or face-to-face to help support effective decision making, improved communication skills, plan school development, and improve school wellbeing and culture, or other areas the client wishes to develop.
As a trainer for larger cohorts I offer one or two day PD sessions to develop coaching techniques, positive communication within the community (also supporting peer appraisal) and improve school culture.
